Gormas cheese is a combination of gorgonzola and mascarpone. If you put it together 50/50, it is called gormas. (I think hahahha)
Anyway, this is a very simple, but rich flavoured dish. A recipe for the gnocchi and cheese lovers.
1 pack of Gormas cheese
500 gram gnocchi (either ready-made or home-made)
Ground black pepper
Bit of salt
Boil a big pan of water and add salt to it.
When it is boiling add the gnocchi. The gnocchi is done when they are float to the top.
Transfer them straight out of the boiling water to an anti-stick pan (low heat). Add the gormas in pieces into the pan with the gnocchi and starts stirring. Stir until all the cheese is melted. Add some fresh ground black pepper and salt to it and serve immediately.
Dish it up, put some rocket salad on top of the gnocchi, add grated parmesan cheese and top it off with some more ground pepper. Bon appétit!
